This is not any kind of survey.This is a simple list (not any kind of rank) which i have prepared with the help of my friend Jay Prakesh Singh.He is a final year student of GLA Mathura.He has been placed in Wipro.This list is for those  Uttar Pradesh students who have not got ranks in IIT and AIEEE and want good other options for doing btech.

 1. IET Lucknow:
The IET was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 1984, to impart engineering education and to promote technological research. The institute is fully residential and financed by the Uttar Pradesh Government. The institute was formerly affiliated to the University of Lucknow, but since 2000 it is affiliated with Uttar Pradesh Technical University and recognized by AICTE.

2.HBTI:
Harcourt Butler Technological Institute has always been a paragon and a source of inspiration in the field of science and technology, since 1921. It has maintained its conspicuous presence in the technical world. H.B.T.I. has a history of realization, fulfillment of necessities and advancement in the field of science and technology.

3.KIET:

Krishna Institute Of Engineering And Technology (KIET) is one of the largest of the many emerging private engineering institute in Delhi-NCR situated near the old Ghaziabad city. The college aims towards creating engineers for the industries. Placement and marks obtained in the UPTU are considered to be important criterion for success.

5.Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology (GCET)
Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) has established itself as among the best in technical education in the UP Technical University. It attracts the best students at admission time and our students attain merit positions in UPTU regularly.

8.SRMSCETShri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology is a self  financed institute managed and run by  SRMS Trust, Bareilly. 9.KN Modi
The institute is located at Modinagar in western U.P., on Delhi–Meerut–Dehradun National Highway (NH-58) and is at a distance of  32 kms from the Delhi Border.
